Business Change Lead - Ecommerce - Contract - 3 Months - West Midlands - £500 - £550 Per Day - IT

Montash have been engaged by a large company to secure a highly experienced Business Change Lead with extensive experience in Ecommerce programmes and business communication across a variety of senior stakeholders.

Key Skills

  • Strong Ecommerce background and experience is required.
  • Proven experience of operational change within global companies.
  • Extensive proven experience of working as Business Change Lead, Business Lead, Change Manager, Change Lead etc.
  • Strong business change skills within processes, demand flows and workshops.
  • Needs to have an extensive understanding of workshops - presenting to all levels of stakeholders.
  • Proven experience of reporting to or working with senior stakeholders at board level.
