Business Intelligence Change Manager - BI Change Manager

KEY SKILLS: Business Intelligence, BI, IT services, Information Services, BI Competency Centre, BICC, IBM Cognos, BI Delivery, BI Finance, IT Change, Change Management

My Client a leading FMCG are seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Change Manager to help with the establishment of a new Business Intelligence Competency Centre (BICC). Reporting directly to BICC Director you will work in a rapidly changing environment and assist in helping the organisation reach a new level of maturity in respect to managing BI.

KEY SKILLS:

- 5 years of Change Management experience

- Experience providing on the spot analysis of stakeholders process/way of doing things

- Strong communicator and influencer

- Pragmatic approach and positive attitude

- Planning and coordination ability

- Active listening skills

- High levels of Customer Service

- Specific relevant experience of a horizontal business function (e.g Finance or Sales)

- Experience of a multicultural and international environment

- Experience of an FMCG company is highly desirable

- Some exposure to BI application delivery is desirable

- Current knowledge of IBM Cognos preferred, or an appetite to learn its capabilities

- MBA or Master's degree in Business Engineering, Econmonics, Financial Management or IT.

- Additional Languages are also a bonus (Dutch, Russian, French, German etc.)

- Some travel requirements across Europe when needed (occasional)
