Job Description

Montash have been engaged by a Global company to source a Business Readiness Consultant with experience in SAP Finance modules to join them on a Global Project. There will be frequent travel involved to various sites across Europe and Worldwide.

The company have recently completed a 5 year ERP Transformation globally and they are looking to source someone to join a new project, involving areas of the business that weren't previously affected.

You will be responsible for getting the business ready for a Finance Transformation across these new areas. There will be travel one week of every month to either a Global or European destination.

Ideally you will come from a functional SAP Background, within Finance ideally, and then progressed into project and program delivery.


  • Experience in preparing a business for "Go Live" within a large finance program or transformation
  • Experience with liasing with stakeholders on a regular basis and making sure that their areas are business ready.
  • Experience of sitting within a business change function
  • Prepare finance area for business change
  • SAP FICO Experience
  • Experience in Change Management
  • Developing a business readiness approach across the finance area
