Montash have been engaged by a Leading FMCG Company to source a Change and Business Readiness Lead for a large business transformation.

They are currently transforming their current IT Landscape to deliver future state technology, services and suppliers. They are currently in the process of organising the IT Function and preparing their people for their change programme.

Accountabilities

* Support People Business Readiness Manager and ITX change team with developing and implement change management plans and activities
* Lead change activity with End Markets, offering a central point of contact and resource to key stakeholders
* Complete change management assessments to identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation tactics
* Identify and manage anticipated resistance
* Consult and coach End Market Stakeholders working in partnership with Workstream Change Leads
* Coordinate efforts with other specialists
* Integrate change management activities into project plan and manage plan to ensure team deliverables
* Evaluate and ensure user readiness
* Provide project management and planning support to the change team
* Work with Internal Communications team to ensure alignment annual communications calendar, town halls, all staff briefings, newsletters and any planned IT communications
* Producing documentation and presentation material as required
* Work with, Change Team, Internal Communication Team, Workstream Leads, key End Market Stakeholders to support the delivery of targeted change
* Provide other ad hoc advice and support
* Development of strong working relationships with Change Team and End Market Stakeholders to get a good understanding of all activities going on, glean key priorities and identify any gaps that need to be addressed

Essential Skills

* Strong project and change experience within IT
* Previous change management experience required,
* Previous experience working in a global organization
* The ability to influence across all levels of the organisation, especially at senior stakeholder levels
* Prior project management experience required
* Well-developed negotiation and conflict resolution skills
* Sound written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and facilitate meetings
* Proven budgeting and planning skills
* Solid experience managing end user change
* Strong ability to manage and mitigate risk and issues, and problem solve
* Adaptability and initiative- the ability to work independently, and drive effective Change Management
* Organisation and coordination skills
* Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders, with the ability to respond to a region's Change Management requirements
* Strong Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills
