Business Readiness Project Manager required. A Business Readiness Project Manager is required by one of Montash's clients, who are a leading manufacturer, based in Coventry on a 10 month contract.
The Business Readiness Project Manager will take ownership of an important work stream: from scoping to delivery and including cross-functional engagement and stakeholder management, ensuring quality, cost and timescales are prioritised as appropriate. The Business Readiness Project Manager will partner with operational business stakeholders to understand current processes and working with relevant business stakeholders, third parties, develop solutions for To Be processes in support of E-Commerce across all impacted functions (CRM, Finance, Financial Services and Fulfilment).
The Business Readiness Project Manager will set up / attend workshops to work through process flows and determine best solutions for how to embed new E-Commerce processes into the business. The Business Readiness Project Manager will determine the appropriate RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted and Informed) for operational delivery of the new processes and make recommendations for any changes in roles and responsibilities or organisation structures in support of the change. The Business Readiness Project Manager will also be responsible for management of required governance, including milestone reporting, project status reporting, financial reporting and risk and issue management.
The Business Readiness Project Manager will be responsible for driving all necessary analysis, presentation and solutions and stakeholder engagement necessary to get the business ready to receive the requisite change in processes and responsibilities. This will include implementing all necessary legal, process, organisational and technical/digital change in close collaboration with the Digital and Technical teams, with 3rd party suppliers and business stakeholders. In so doing, they will be responsible for the delivery of all this business change to time, cost and quality, to identify and manage as many risks as possible and to control all activities in order to ensure the project is successfully completed.
The Business Readiness Project Manager will have the following experience:
- Previous experience of working in a Project Management role with a track record of successful delivery
- Relevant qualification and/or training in a recognised appropriate Project Management methodology
- Expertise in eCommerce
- Expertise of delivering transformation change for blue chip companies
- Ability to resource plan, run reports and manage risks
- Stakeholder Management expertise, specifically the ability to confidently advise and influence senior stakeholders
