Montash have been engaged by a Client that are currently going through a global HR Transformation Programme. The transformation is surrounded around rolling out new processes and supporting technology to support the new HR Operating Model.
The Programme is mid way through deployment, however in June a new functionality designed to support talent management activities is being deployed. This also includes activities such as Performance Management, Recruitment and Onboarding, Learning and Development and other activites surrounding Leadership
The training team is looking for a Change Management Professional to support delivery of this engagement, communications and training activity required for the June go live.
- Creation of Training Materials
-Drafting Stakeholder Engagement Materials
-Supporting the creation of communications materials
-Tracking delivery of training and communications activity
-Management of the workstream plan
-Broad Knowledge of Change management
-Understanding of talent management processes
-Experience of IT Driven change programmes
-Training Materials design and development
-MS Office Skills
