Job Description

Montash have been engaged by a Global Company to source a talented Cloud Platforms Solution Architect to be responsible for leading a Solution Architect team in the cloud platform domain.

You will lead the definition and design of key solutions, to meet specific cloud based project requirements which will ultimately align to the IT Strategy and Architecture Standards across the company.

Requirements:

  • Extensive Experience in Solution Architecture Methods and tools
  • An understanding of Enterprise solutions and architectures (Iaas, SaaS and PaaS design is a must)
  • Azure
  • Virtualisation Layer- Ability to be able to understand terminology
  • Virtual Storage- How this works
  • Windows/LINUX operating systems
  • Concept of Virtual Networks, Virtualisation, Storage, middleware, clustering/High Availability
  • A good understanding of cloud security and networking processes
  • Understanding of cloud modules SaaS, PaaS, IaaS
  • Experience of understandig workloads in the cloud
  • Experience with designing solutions using the cloud services
  • Infrastructure services, hardware & Storage technologies in an enterprise context
  • Ability to work with different stakeholders
