Job Description

Cloud Solution Architect - Azure - 6 Months Contract - Consultancy - London

Montash have been engaged by a global consultancy in central London, to secure a Cloud Solution Architect (Azure).

The right candidate will have experience in customer facing positions, and be comfortable talking at a high-end technical level about Azure to senior customer executives.

This Cloud Solution Architect will have responsibilities in the following areas:

  • Building a technical and security architecture in Azure for the designated applications and workloads
  • End-to-end customer cloud deployment experience
  • Ensuring plan execution and Azure consumption targets are met
  • Azure technical customer engagement
  • Executing limited POCs, where necessary

Experience and skill necessities for this Cloud Solution Architect:

  • Cloud software development on AWS / Softlayer / Google / Rackspace
  • Software design or development
  • Virtualization
  • Systems Operations / Management
  • Database architecture
  • Efficient in one or more of the following: .NET / C++ / Java / PHP / Perl / Python / Roby on Rails
