Montash have been engaged by a leading FMCG to secure a Contract Administrator / Analyst to provide end to end management of service suppliers to the business in order to achieve business goals aligned to their IT Strategy, mitigating commercial risk and maintaining key relationships.
- Experience in contract administration
- Experience in working with suppliers
- Strong Commercial Awareness
- Strong analytical skills
- Coordinate suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely input to supplier governance forums
- Manage the online document storage system so that users can access documents with ease in accordance with policy and ensure that there is a visible audit trail
- Ensuring contracts are aligned with SLA's for a major IT supplier (Within Hardware, Software & Licensing)
- Ensuring contractor day rates are to market regular
- Provide guidance on contract administration processes
- Previous experience in working for a large cooperation overlooking a major IT contract is essential.
