Solid understanding and passionate in areas of multichannel customer database marketing, Loyalty, Direct mail, email, mobile and social marketing programs.
Experienced in creating customer segment marketing programs to drive incremental sales and optimized ROI.
Data driven marketer, curious to learn more about customer behaviour and key purchase drivers.
Advanced CRM analytics, customer contact plans and creating strategic marketing plans.
Experience with Teradata, Salesforce.com & Eloqua would be highly advantageous
Enjoys being part of a fast paced entrepreneurial environment acting as a change agent, selling new ideas across brand partners.
Ability to work through low level project details and understand how they integrate and impact high level marketing goals.
Strong partnership experience with Marketing analytic teams, Campaign Management teams and IT marketing technology teams building out business rules, drafting business requirements documents to create single view of customer solutions.
Strong organization, process documentation, project management and follow up skills.
Strong communication skills: listening, verbal and written.
Preferred- 3+ years of CRM direct marketing experience with a multi-channel retailer and Marketing services provider account management role
Experience working as part of large cross functional teams
