CRM & E-Marketing Manager

Currently I am working with a leading European E-commerce Enterprise that is experiencing tremendous growth across Europe. This company is driven by e-marketing, data and CRM.

You will be responsible for CRM across 10+ countries and as experience in an international environment would be highly advantageous

The Manager of CRM will develop and manage our integrated marketing plans. This individual is responsible for driving CRM strategy, driven emails & loyalty campaign by working with individual business partners and merchant teams. This will include all aspects of marketing campaigns through flawless execution of innovative acquisition and retention programs that increase customer engagement.

Essential Responsibilities:

Manage email marketing programs and email campaigns

Outline customer analysis direction to answer key business questions

Partner with Analytics team to develop customer insights to drive campaign development and prioritization

Ability to understand data and turn customer insights into actions to optimize campaign performance. Create executive summary of recommendations.

Gather requirements, create campaign briefs, business rules documentation and lead launch meetings.

Manage execution, implementation and on time delivery of complex, large scale marketing initiatives.

Develop project plans, lead team status meetings and provide ongoing clear direction to external vendors and internal cross functional brand teams.

Create project summaries of risks and conflicts along with proposed resolutions.

Responsible for ensuring projects meet planned timelines and budget.

Update and maintain master marketing calendar


Solid understanding and passionate in areas of multichannel customer database marketing, Loyalty, Direct mail, email, mobile and social marketing programs.

Experienced in creating customer segment marketing programs to drive incremental sales and optimized ROI.

Data driven marketer, curious to learn more about customer behaviour and key purchase drivers.

Advanced CRM analytics, customer contact plans and creating strategic marketing plans.

Experience with Teradata, & Eloqua would be highly advantageous

Enjoys being part of a fast paced entrepreneurial environment acting as a change agent, selling new ideas across brand partners.

Ability to work through low level project details and understand how they integrate and impact high level marketing goals.

Strong partnership experience with Marketing analytic teams, Campaign Management teams and IT marketing technology teams building out business rules, drafting business requirements documents to create single view of customer solutions.

Strong organization, process documentation, project management and follow up skills.

Strong communication skills: listening, verbal and written.

Preferred- 3+ years of CRM direct marketing experience with a multi-channel retailer and Marketing services provider account management role

Experience working as part of large cross functional teams
