About the Opportunity
Currently I am working with a financial enterprise that is currently undergoing a 780 SFDC user implementation. This enterprise is currently seeking a technical savvy SFDC expect to guide them through this process.
Role and Responsibilities:
·Experience in designing and developing software components and having a strong Service Oriented Architecture and integration background
·Experience in Salesforce.com development with end to end implementation experience
·Salesforce.com integration experience, including difference between business systems as well as working with integration tools
·Strong experience with configuration, customization, programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com from scratch
·Strong practical deployment knowledge of VisualForce, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment, and Salesforce.com s-controls
·Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a CRM solution
·Ability to create Workflow Alerts and Actions, and Approval Workflow
·Proven experience in SFDC implementations
·Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of software solutions
·Direct, hands-on experience with automated software management tools
·Salesforce.com Certified Developer (Preferred)
·3+ years of experience developing solutions and applications using Salesforce.com
·Extensive experience of automating complex business processes using declarative features such as workflows, approval process and dynamic approval process
·Experience as an administrator creating Roles, Profiles, Email Services, Page Layouts, Workflow Alerts and Actions, and Approval Workflow
·Experienced in Sales force SFA, Force.com Apex Classes, Apex triggers, Integration, Visual force, Force.com API, and Salesforce.com S-Controls
·Experience in building Visual Force Pages, Visual Force Custom Controllers/ Components, Advanced Search Functionality, Custom Objects, Reports, Analytic Snapshots, Dashboards, Tabs, Tags and Components
·Extensive experience of analysing business requirements and entity relationships
·Assigned workflows for Lead conversion, transfers, merging duplicates, managing web-to-lead to track responses to online campaigns
·Created Customized dashboards for the service representatives and case team members to keep track of the cases assigned to them and to share insight across the company
·Developed Apex classes, Controller classes and Apex Triggers on Force.com platform to customize application according to the functional needs
·Extensive experience in implementation of salesforce's Chatter functionality
