Business Case Analyst
To drive and support the creation of a detailed business case and benefits tracking model for CRM, a large scale systems implementation programme within Retail business.
The individual will be working alongside the Business Case Lead to collect detailed and complex data for the programme, creating models that use this data to provide a detailed view of cost and benefit, and presenting this data in a clean and relevant way to senior stakeholders. Beyond the creation of the business case, the individual will be required to build and sustain a model to track the benefits across the programme.
Working with key stakeholders in the business and the Business Case Lead to collect complex data around our initial baseline performance levels, post-implementation performance levels and expected financial implications.
Use best-practice business case and benefits tracking techniques to model this complex data, presenting the forecasted cost, expected benefits and realised benefits of the programme.
