Job Description

CRM Campaign Delivery Manager - ASAP - 6 Months

Location: Luton, Bedfordshire

Rate: £400-£500

We are currently looking for a delivery focused Project Manager with CRM experience (ideally IBM Campaign/IBM Marketing Cloud) to lead the implementation our clients new multi-channel marketing platform.

As a project manager you will work closely with key stakeholders to produce and then manage implementation plans and schedules. This will involve developing and maintaining a project plan to give visibility to timescales, resource requirements, key deliverables/milestones, risks and progress to date.

Skills Required:

  • Minimum of 10 years experience of project managing large and difficult projects
  • Experience working with documentation and workflow tools such as Confluence and Jira.
  • Able to understand technical concepts and communicate to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Marketing Project Manager with experience on similar projects
  • Agile and Waterfall - plan in Agile and deliver in Waterfall but not someone who is too process focused beyond all else
  • Work will require travel - including some overseas travel
  • Strong IBM Unica Cloud Experience
