Montash have been engaged by a leading integrated travel and tourism company to source a CRM Manager on an initial 3 month contract based in Luton.
The role will involve managing a set of new campaigns for the next part of the client's journey. You will be responsible for defining strategy and overseeing delivery and implementation. This person needs to have the right mix of strategy but also hands on implementation as you will need to be happy to get "hands on" at times.
The client's marketing platform has been launched, and the client are working with the different source markets, making new enhancements ect.. All enhancements are focused around customer journey and campaigns around this. The aim is for each different market to become a "Centre of Excellence" for one phase of the customer's journey.
The CRM Manager will be focused on owning the UK customer journey phase, and they will be responsible for setting the strategy around this, looking at how customers are communicated to when they are on their holidays ie SMS's, Excursion notifications, Upgrades, add ons, ect.
The client are looking at someone with the gravitas to liaise at a senior level and influence senior Stakeholders and the strategic side. This person must have a CRM and Campaign Management background to be able to get into the detail when required.
-Getting insight from the marketing team to shape the strategy ie. The Analytics teams.
-CRM (CRM Management experience 2 years +)

-Happy to be hands on
-Experience with Pan European Clients or on large European Projects
