CRM Marketing Architect (£70,000 - £80,000 + Bonus and Benefits)
I am working with a Global Manufacturing Company with revenue of £28.45 billion last year. They are going through a large IT Transformation as they are focusing on B2C.
This highly visible and critical role will provide guidance and direction for the entire spectrum of CRM Architecture (Marketing and Service). As the world continues to evolve towards a digital-centric paradigm, the necessity for the creation of simple, intuitive, fast, reliable, and constantly improving digital interaction experiences is paramount. This role requires owning and defining a 5 year roadmap for CRM Domain Architecture.
To be successful, the target candidate will have broad experience and expertise in everything in CRM Marketing (Salesforce, Exact Target, Eloqua . Ideally in an international Environment.
-Define the CRM Marketing Architecture strategy, and implementation standards to support numerous business imperatives
-Define the technology vision and CRM Architecture roadmap for digital marketing capabilities
-Apply and integrate emerging technological trends to new and existing systems architecture
-Interface with peers throughout the enterprise to ensure good communication and alignment with the larger technology organization.
-Ensure projects are envisioned, designed, and implemented using best in class tools & practices
-Ensure digital solutions are well engineered, operable, maintainable
-Mentor team members in relevant technologies and implementation architecture
-Perform business analysis / requirements analysis with the help of business stakeholders
-Evaluate and manage potential commercial and technical partners
-Operate as a subject matter expert on digital marketing, web analytics and experience management
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM Architecture (implementing customer-facing digital technologies, with specific focus on digital marketing and customer self-service)
-Extensive experience in at least one (Salesforce.com, ExcactTarget, Oracle Eloqua, Savo, ATG etc)
-Expert knowledge of the design and implementation patterns supporting custom integrations between Marketing Automation Solutions, CRM Platforms, Content Management Solutions, Analytics, 1st & 3rd Party data, A/B Testing/Optimization, Segmentation, Personalization and technology solutions supporting these capabilities
-Experience with high traffic e-commerce and self-service websites
-Must have worked in cross functional and blended teams employees, contractors, customer, onsite/offshore, vendor
-Ability to communicate technical details to wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences
-Excellent skills in emotional intelligence, influencing, and persuasion with individual and group stakeholders. Must be a highly effective collaborator
-Passion for continuous process and technology improvement
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in an environment that requires regular evaluation and negotiation of priorities
-Ability to work independently and as a team member
-Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
