Montash are currently working with a leading organisation to source and secure an experienced CRM Solution Architect.
The CRM Solution Architec will be required to develop and implement systems, strategies and solutions, working with the business leads to understand business direction. They will also be working with third parties to understand market opportunities.
The CRM Solution Architect will support project development by bridging the specific business problems and issues to the technologies that support them. They will have a strong exposure to projects and programmes in the CRM and Customer Experience Management areas of a business and have excellent engagement skills.
