Job Description

CRM Solution Architect - IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENT

Day Rate: £650-£750

Contract Length: 6 Months

Location: London / Luton

Montash is currently looking for a CRM Solution Architect.

The successful candidate needs to be a senior-level and have relevant IT architecture experience in context of enterprise CRM implementations and ideally multi-channel contact centre environments

  • At least 7 years' experience of working within large-scale, complex change programmes, across customer-facing industries
  • At least 7 years' experience of end-to-end IT lifecycle delivery, ideally in context of enterprise-level COTS/SaaS, cloud-based CRM and contact centre application implementations
  • At least 7 years' experience in the architectural mapping and evaluation of IT system landscapes and ecosystems, from a cost, risk and delivery feasibility perspective
  • Proven ability to translate functional and non-functional (e.g. performance, security, service management) specifications into robust high-level and detailed solution designs

Technical Skills Needed:

  • Reasonable understanding of infrastructure and ITIL-aligned service management concepts
  • Sound technical understanding of multi-channel contact centre operations and associated channels
  • Knowledge of SAP CRM products and SAP HANA data integration principles would be a significant advantage
  • Sound technical understanding of CRM systems, especially basic case management and workflow concepts
