IMMEDIATE START -Customer Analytics Programme Manager

The successful candidate will be expected to fulfil the role of a Senior Customer Analytics Programme Manager as follows:

  • Supporting the design and implementation of a new database marketing roadmap
  • Support customer delivery across marketing, programs, sales and service
  • Proactively deliver customer analytics
  • Deliver customer analytic stratagies and roadmaps
  • Help drive and support the overall delivery customer strategy
  • Responsible for setting up a new centre of excellence and additional CRM projects
  • Must come from a retail background
