Customer Experience Research and Testing Manager - 6 months - Financial client - £Negotiable rate - ASAP - IMMEDIATE START

Montash have been engaged by a global financial client in order to source an experienced CX Research and Testing Manager as part of their Research and Testing function focussing around their digital products.

KEYSKILLS:

  • Manage and deliver on a range of research and testing projects
  • Supporting ongoing products and service improvement
  • Extensive knowledge of product innovation
  • Exposure to Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies
  • Ability to work with a variety of high level stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills
