Montash have been engaged by a Leading retailer to source a Solution Architect with a focus on CRM and Customer Journey Transformation.
This Solution Architect will be working across a customer workstream process Transformation and consolidation with their Nordics End Market. This role will involve working on integration with this area. You will work across both Nordics and UK and Ireland. You will be a solid Solution Architect who understands Customer Landscape. You will also have had experience in integrating CRM into Call Centre software such as Avaya
You will also be knowledgeable around Customer data, booking and all interactions with customers and touchpoints along their journey
Integration experience is a key part of this role, for instance you will understand real time and also integration patterns.
SAP C4C is currently being used but they are not looking for a SAP Expert as they already have teams in place for this. The different end markets have legacy applications so a more "rounded" CRM Solution Architect is required. Experience in integrating CRM into a call centre is ideal. Avaya experience is ideal but not essential. Tibco is also needed as this is the integration tool the client use. However Architects without Tibco will still be considered.
A good understanding of the Travel Industry is also desired but not essential. The main Essential Skills are
-CRM experience (Varied not biased)
-Integration with Telephony (ideally avaya)
-Experience in Customer Service Transformations
