Montash have been engaged by a global financial client in order to source an experienced CX Research Manager as part of their Research and Testing function focussing around their digital products.
- Manage and deliver on a range of research and testing projects
- Degree or similar qualification within research
- Previous experience within the financial services
- Supporting ongoing products and service improvement
- Extensive knowledge of product innovation
- Exposure to Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies
- Ability to work with a variety of high level stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
