Global Data Architect

 

 

A leading international insurance organisation who are investing millions into technology are seeking a skilled Data Architect to help define, manage and deliver data reference architecture and develop and maintain the roadmap. This is an exciting opportunity to drive all areas of data integration, data governance and master data management within the group architecture practice.

 

 

Key Responsiblities:

- Design logical and physical data solutions consistent to support of the business and IT best practices

- Creating information architecture solutions

- Developing standards, tools, best practice, and methodologies to enhance data management

- Developing and maintiaing application and product data models, strategy and roadmaps

- Maintain strong relationships with business, and technical teams

- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technology for long term

- Develop information architecture strategy, analytics framework

- Support third party System Integratiors

 

Desired Skills and Experience

- Master Data Management, Data Classification, Data Warehouse/Data Mart and reporting projects

- Logical Data Modelling

- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Business Engagement ability

- 7 to 10 years of experience in IT namely within Data Integration, Data Modelling, Data Analasysis and BI design and development

- Self-Starter and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
