An opportunity has arisen with one of the largest Financial Services organisations in the world, with a presence in over 100 countries worldwide. Sitting within the Data Governance Team, there is a new and exciting opportunity in a strategic and business facing position for a data governance analyst.

The Data Governance Team is responsible for defining and enforcing the governance of data within the Risk Systems department of the organisation. Both risk and data integral to company objectives and the team is expanding and being invested in.

 

The successful candidate will:

  • Be part of a growing team that is at the heart of our investment in regulatory and business driven change
  • Develop skills in data governance definition and implementation as part of the role
  • Operate as a business analyst in the context of risk and data
  • Design and create key documentation, including data definitions, metrics, and supporting methodologies
  • Contribute to the definition and creation of the set of tools used by the team
  • Support the implementation of data governance metrics

 

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience in data and risk related business analysis
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Capacity to work effectively in a team
  • Fluency in MS Office tools
  • Exposure to SQL
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
