Data Quality Analyst/ Data Manager / Data Management Analyst / MDM / Data Quality / Finance / Stakeholder Management


Montash is currently retained by a Leading Financial Services Organisation who are seeking a Senior Data Management Analyst. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience in initiatives across a breadth of domains like: Data, Business Intelligence, MDM, Data Quality and Data Governance.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be part of a mature Data Management team with hugely exciting plans to grow rapidly over the next 12 months. You will need to be able to demonstrate strong leadership qualities and excellent stakeholder management to be successful in this role.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
* Providing strategic data management initiatives including : Data Quality, Data Standards, Information Governance etc.
* Maintaining and promoting the improvement of data standards
* Liaising closely with data architects, business analyst, data consultants and senior stakeholders across the business
* Be the link between the business and the delivery team
* Providing support towards the delivery of the group data business strategy
* Be a specialist in information & data across the organisation

The ideal candidate will have the following experience & capabilities:
* Have extensive experience in a data delivery role and use of data tools and intellectual capital in order to hold credibility with projects.
* Have operated in highly collaborative environments
* Have a track record of building relationships in previous roles and influence over the business information & data strategy
* Previous experience in Project Management roles would be an advantage
* Excellent stakeholder management skills are essential
