Deployment Lead required. A Deployment Lead is required by one of Montash's key clients who are based in the West Midlands. The Deployment Lead will hold responsibility for the delivery of business readiness for the programme in the UK Market.

The Deployment Lead will oversee a spectrum of change ranging from new procedures/integration into existing processes to new operating models underpinned by new processes, new organisation structures and/or new third party suppliers. The Deployment Lead also involves preparation of the UK in readiness to deploy new sales, requiring the implementation of change across multiple functions and across the UK franchise network.

The Deployment Lead will be responsible for:

  • Retailer engagement; planning and preparation of communications
  • Oversee implementation of the UK elements of the central functional plan eg
    • Traffic acquisition
    • Setting up UK part of Trading operating model and ensuring processes are in place
    • UK CRM CCP communications and oversee any UK SVCRM delivery
    • Oversee UK Enquiry Max changes
    • UK Customer analytics/funnel measurement
    • Central order fulfilment team establishment
  • Get UK stakeholders into Digital/IT sprint input and show and tell sessions
  • Plan and support the UK elements of end to end process testing
  • Develop communications approach and work with UK communications team to deliver
  • Develop training approach and work with UK and central training teams to deliver

The Deployment Lead will have the following experience:

  • Extensive experience of programme management and change management for large blue-chip companies
  • Extensive expertise in business process re-engineering and process mapping for large blue-chip companies
  • Either automotive transformation experience or eCommerce experience
  • Proficient at presenting reports at a senior management level
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Credibility within the programme environment and ability to influence others
  • Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation
  • Degree qualified or equivalent experience preferred


  • Significant experience of delivery of complex, cross-functional business transformation programmes in automotive
  • Experience working in various corporate functions
  • Major project delivery experience
  • Transformation and change management experience
  • Experience of process improvement and Lean thinking
