Job Description

Montash have been engaged by a global retailer to source a Desktop Engineer (1st/2nd line) with some server experience, to join a global company supporting an excess of 20000 users. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, sorting out any issues with desktops and expected to have a good knowledge of servers. This role would suit someone that has worked on mainly Desktop Engineering, with a little experience in windows servers, that is looking to make that transition.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Windows desktop support experience at 1st/2nd line support level

- Solid experience in Windows technologies

-Some experince in Windows Server 2003-2012

- Good communication skills

- Approachable
