IT Desktop Support - IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENT

Montash has been engaged by a global organisation to source and secure a highly experienced Desktop support.

  • Extremely important to have experience of mailbox migration
  • Creating PSC Files
  • Helpdesk support
  • Supporting 365 Outlook
  • Dealing with Queries
  • Needs good communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft office / microsoft exchange experience
  • Experience with dealing with the resolution of tickets.
  • Giving 1st & 2nd Line support
  • setting up new users accounts and profiles dealing with password issues.
  • Prioritising and managing many open cases at one time;
