Job Description

Montash have been engaged by a leading online retailer to retain a Digital Programme Manager to join them on the delivery phase of their roadmap.

  • Work with stakeholders to define programme direction and deliverables, and to establish consensus and clear alignment at all levels
  • Drive programmes of work effectively in a cross-functional environment by establishing respect and confidence across the business
  • Work with project teams and individuals to establish procedures, plans and practices that promote the adoption of appropriate solutions and the sustainability of desired results
  • Ensure that transparency and effective communications are developed and maintained throughout the programme lifecycle
  • Develop a working partnership with other programme managers to ensure that cohesion across and dependencies between programmes are effectively managed
  • Behave like a stakeholder yourself; accepting responsibility for the processes and systems created for the


  • Significant commercial experience, some of which is in an agile and fast-paced engineering environment
  • Demonstrated leadership and programme management experience with a proven track record in the delivery of large scale, cross-functional change programmes
  • Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business goals and translate them into actionable change
  • An understanding of agile/lean principles, a willingness to adapt and learn, and a desire to continually improve
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, consensus building and soft skills
  • Knowledge of various ecommerce systems
