Description:

The Project Manager will head up a dynamic and complex IT integration and also responsible for looking after all task activities in support of the customer.

He/She will be responsible for making sure the team is motivated and projects are delivered on time and to budget.

Responsabilities:
- Leading a scrum team to perform planning, development, and testing on a large software development, implementation and integration project.
- Conduct all Scrum related activities, including sprint planning, daily scrum meetings, sprint retrospective, and client demos.
- Interface with government personnel and product owners on an active basis to manage product backlog and sprint activities.
- Maintain relevant metrics that help the team see how they are doing, and leveraging metrics to continuously improve the team's efficiency and performance.
- Liaising between developers/testers and project stakeholders; fostering quality communication between engineering disciplines.
- Ensure all scrum activities are tracked, and kept up-to-date, and reported on a daily basis.
- Ensure product quality and timeliness of efforts.

Profile:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in development projects.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in agile focussed projects.
- Ability to identify and manage risk.
- Strong leadership and organization skills with excellent communication, project planning, people and team building skills.
- PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) or Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
- Experience with developing and deploying software in a rapid delivery schedule.
