Job Description

Director of Solution Delivery / SAP / FMCG / pharmaceutical / Programmes / projects

Montash have been exclusively retained by an Industry leading FMCG who are seeking a Director of Solution Delivery to join their function, who will proactively lead the organisations delivery of projects and programmes. FMCG experience is the most preferable however petrochemical and pharmaceutical is also advantageous.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Ownership of the IT project & Programme portfolio; including budgeting, sign-off, prioritisation
  • Control agreed cost centres and budgets
  • Management of key change vendors (SAP and Oracle)
  • Key Senior stakeholder engagement across IT and the Business
  • Supervision of numerous Programme managers directly reporting into this position

Key experience;

  • Experience in FMCG, Petrochemicals or pharmaceutical industry sectors
  • Proven experience delivering complex programmes and projects into a large multinational organisation
  • Experience on-boarding teams and operating in ambiguous environments
  • Comfortable making decisions that will directly affect the consumer
