E-Commerce Business Analyst

Niche women's retail organisation seeks experienced business analyst for e-commerce function. London based organisation prides themselves on a definitive brand image as luxurious product at a more affordable price. This role will be a part of the e-commerce team and will require candidates who have previous experience of several technical aspects of e-commerce including transactional mobile applications or multiplatform experience.

Responsibilities:

-Using IT solutions to create positive business impact, e.g. website modifications that increase sales or views.

-Communicate brand image into all e-commerce mediums.

-Work on current e-commerce projects, including website and application projects.

-Work in a non-governed environment, using initiative and being a self starter.

-Assess the business needs and translate them into functional specifications.

-Effectively communicate with stakeholders and other business units, explaining technical terms in a non-technical way.

Key Skills:

-8-10 years' experience in e-commerce, must have retail experience in an organisation that has a firm brand image.

-Ideal candidate with be technically strong, have good business acumen, and be highly organised.

-Previous experience in gathering requirements, executing testing and creating training documents.

-Experience in mobile technology and have multi-platform knowledge as well as knowledge of lifestyle associated mobile applications.

-Re-platforming experience highly desirable.

-Basic SQL queries required.
