Job Description

Efficiency Officer

Lead complex scale global transformation programmes.

Interact with Transformation Program Management, Managers and Finance & Headcount Lead

Reporting to Lead Efficiency Officer

Ensure the transformation plan is carried out to high efficiency

Manage the identification of transformation initiatives (Mapping into business cases)

Project monitoring and Tracking

Present progress to Senior Management

Ensure alignment of costs, figures and savings.

The ideal candidate will have outstanding knowledge of financial management activities and conversant in financial values such as PnL, Cash, deprecation and investment, headcount (Phasing, Spot, Average.)

Project Tracking and follow up

Project Dashboard

Issue and Risk Management

In-depth experience in IT Program Management in a complex worldwide organisation.

Supply chain experience including in-sourcing/outsourcing and offshoring are highly desirable.

Occasional travel involved.
