The Role.

Reporting directly to the MD, you will join part of an existing team, you will be responsible for:

  • A multi disciplined approach to a UK or International region
  • Particular emphasis on delivering excellent solutions and service to your clients/candidates unique specifications and requirements
  • Total responsibility for managing your own desk and work load,
  • You will proactively seek new business and implement the recruitment requirements of your vertical market within your chosen market sector.
  • You will strive to achieve your set KPI`s and generate a revenue comparable to your target.
