Position reports to
European IT Business Solutions Director
Provide project management on IT and IT-related projects, working closely with the Business and IT teams in NL, FR, DE and BE. This person will assist and advise the Business project owners on setting up projects, defining requirements and solution selections. The Project Manager does this taking into account the TCO, risks for the Business as well as for the IT maintenance and brings external knowledge into the company if not available internally.
Corporate Staff: Work with staff from all areas of the business to define requirements, demonstrate solutions and provide system training.
Franchisees and stores: As per Corporate Staff.
Information Systems Team: Hand over of completed systems for ongoing support and provide assistance with level 3 support issues as and when required.
External application and service providers: Working in a cohesive team environment with external vendors to design, develop and test systems.
Information Technology: Work collaboratively in different project management, infrastructure and software development environment and proactive support team.
Customers: The role will interact with the Business in different countries, Franchise Stores, Corporate Stores, IT to determine information on and causes of faults
Suppliers: The role will interact with internal and external suppliers to deliver projects.
