Montash have been engaged by a Leading Consultancy to source an Estates & Facilities Project Manager to work on a premises move for one of their NHS clients. The ideal candidate would have had experience in at least 3 recent similar projects, ideally within the Public Sector.
The client are looking for a seasoned Programme Manager who has experience in Relocation, Estates, Facilities or Premises relocations and who is a general "all rounder" who can manage multiple workstreams, manage change requests, resourcing plans and manage transitions and decommissioning of buildings.
The client are looking to move a medical centre into another medical facility. The Programme Manager will be involved in the end to end project management of technical infrastructure, Building works, facilities management, facilities and general security. You will be an expert in pulling together projects and multiple workstreams to make sure they are siloed. You will be able to pick out where resources and workstreams cross over and make sure they are orchestrated.
It's a 10,000 sq ft facility costing £7m, there's a programme of work with multiple works streams as listed below:
- Design Build
- Business Developments
- Transition / Re-location
The Project Manager will have the following skills:
- Resourcing plans
- Training experience
- Programme Initiation
- Change requests / Writing business cases (for scope change ect)
- Financial management
- Benefits planning and management,
- Challenging of construction / construction management experience
- De-commisioning / move - including close out plan and location close down
