JavaScript Frontend Developer - X4

Salary: £50-70k + 10% Bonus + Pension + Healthcare + Childcare / Eyecare Vouchers

Location: City of London

Skills: JavaScript Developer, ES6, ES7, React, Reduc, NodeJS, UX, UI, TDD, BDD, (SQL, Mongo, Couchbase, Redis), HTML 5, CSS

International digital marketing company who execute more than 5 million marketing campaigns annually seek a switched on JS Developer who has at least 4 years commercial expertise to add value to their team and develop their career further.

Required Skills

  • Confident JS developer with ES6 / ES7 exposure
  • Experience with React / Reduc stack (Will Accept Angular)
  • Previous experience with NodeJS
  • Experience with databases (SQL, Mongo, Couchbase, Redis)
  • Experience with bundlers and transpilers (Webpack, Babel)
  • Expert knowledge of HTML 5 & CSS
  • Strong interest in UX/UI design, preferably with experience
  • Understanding of TDD, BDD and CI / CD
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Exposure to working in an Agile environment

Nice to Haves

  • Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure
  • Familiar with micro services architecture & containerisation tech like Docker
  • Understanding of backend technologies such as .Net / Java
