Montash have been enaged by a Global FTSE 100 Company to source a GDPR Project Manager for an initial 3 month contract based in Luton. The client need to be GDPR ready for May 2018 and this PM needs to assist with the gap analysis of at 15 GDPR components across their Digital Platforms to ensure they are all compliant.

You will join a busy team who are responsible for the delivery of this project across all Digital Platforms which include; Customer Service, Big Data, Reporting and Analytics, Marketing and App Platforms

They need a strong project manager to deliver the project and its key output, a Terms of Reference document which contains the following components:

Cost and resource breakdown - for business and IT resources, tools and technology, external support, etc.

  1. Prioritised execution plan using a risk based approach, e.g. deliver the biggest risks first
  2. Change impact assessment - the level of change needed in IT systems, business processes and any organisational change required
  3. Risk assessment (impact and likelihood of the risk)
  4. Success criteria
  • Proven track record of managing successful projects, with focus on the project initiation phase to deliver a business case
  • Ability to manage the challenges and priorities of a portfolio of projects concurrently is essential
  • Proven track record of working with:
    • Customer data systems including marketing, analytics and customer service platforms
    • Business process mapping
    • Within a regulatory framework
  • A self-starter who is comfortable at taking the lead to set up projects and hit the ground running with newly assembled teams
  • Experience of working in the Travel industry would be advantageous but not essential
  • A demonstrable organised approach and methodical way of working is essential
  • Excellent communication and networking skills working with stakeholders in guiding, advising, influencing and managing their expectations to influence solution design and delivery
  • Able to analyse and communicate technical concepts to create practical solutions and influence decisions
  • Travel industry experience desired but not essential
  • Awareness of GDPR and its impacts on business and IT is essential; experience of delivering similar GDPR impact assessment projects is desired
  • Confident demeanour which instils confidence in your peers and other team members
