BI Global Reporting Capability Lead / BI Manager / AWS / Salesforce / Cloud / Business Intelligence / Big Data

Montash is currently retained by a global, industry leading organisation and is seeking a BI Global Reporting Capability Lead. The ideal candidate will have broad Business Intelligence experience with a large organisation where BI Reporting has a big impact on the business.

This ideal candidate will have a breadth of BI experience and ideally experience in the pharma or FMCG industry.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be part of a high profile, influential team and has to be able to demonstrate analytical, technical and leadership qualities. The Global Reporting Capability Lead have ownership over their work will have the opportunity to play a strategic key role in driving and shaping the BI, Data and Analytics strategy with a particular focus on how BI can interact and leverage the cloud technology (AWS, Salesforce etc.). This role would influence the global strategic agenda, working with different markets to understand needs and find solutions

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Lead coordination of Global Commercial Reporting and big data platform delivery
  • Drive local systems decommissioning linked to the Global platform delivery, Govern the platform implementation and local move to Cloud Business Information platform
  • Work closely with the global architecture team
  • Manage and coordinate programme budgets, forecasts, tasks, schedules, and change management for the Region, to support effective programme decisions
  • Manage senior business stakeholders to ensure the effective capturing of business requirements
  • Drive change linked to Global platform delivery through effective governance process


Desirable Skills:

  • Similar experience on Business Information large scale Strategy definition and implementation
  • Extensive experience in project delivery and Business Analysis experience
  • Excelllent stakleholder management skills
  • Proven experience of leading change, using different approaches and methodologies
  • Knowledge or experience of Big Data
  • Experience of Cloud, AWS or salesforce would be a n advantage
