Graduate Project Assistant required. A Graduate Project Assistant is required to join one of Montash's leading clients on an initial six-month contract in the West Midlands. The Graduate project Assistant will have the opportunity To develop the Buyer Portal ensuring tasks nominated by the Buyers are uploaded and in a suitable format for Buyer community.
In addition to this, the Graduate Project Assistant will ensure portal documentation is accurate and look for opportunities for continuous improvement, assist with the creating of the new Purchasing intranet site, liaise with relevant teams to ensure that global teams are aware of the Portal and their requirements are captured.
The Graduate Project Assistant will develop and maintain strong trust-based relationships with all levels of stakeholders and support the Knowledge Manager to help shape strategic direction of Knowledge Management activities across Purchasing Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities.
The Graduate Project Assistant will be organising monthly meetings with new starters to promote accessibility to the Buyer Portal, manage room bookings, invites, delegate lists and arrange updates to Portal collateral material - liaising with Reprographics, and represent the Knowledge Management team at events and workshops.
The Graduate Project Assistant must have:
- Strong Powerpoint skills
- Sharepoint experience
- Common sense
- Excellent communication skills
