You will work closely with a consultant or an account manager delivering on requirements for a single or a number of clients. You will have focus on a core practice but you will also be required to deliver across technologies when needed.

You will also be building a desk in your practice and will be required to generate new business. You will actively seek new business opportunities and deliver against these requirements.

  • Canvass existing and new clients

Candidate Generation and Management responsibilities/skills:

  • Meet set targets
  • Accompany senior on client visits
  • Book onsite meetings with candidates
  • Generate a global network of candidates
  • Source active and passive candidates globally using all resources
  • Generate high quality talent pools
  • Headhunting a range of profiles
  • Set own goals/self-analysis
  • High level of commitment to tasks
