Job Description

The Role:

You will spend the first six months undergoing a structured graduate sales training scheme alongside a designated training manager and you team leader.

Working with outgoing and fun people colleagues the company offers a friendly working environment that is designed to get the best from individuals. Your role will be to develop relationships with C-level IT executives into a range of commercial clients.

You Will:

  • Develop New Business Opportunities
  • Pitching clients (Fashion Houses, Ecommerce business's, Retailers, Digital, Pharmaceutical and Media companies) about our services via the telephone and also face to face meetings
  • Effectively present the company's capabilities and offerings
  • Understand a client's needs and work with your manager to deliver solution
  • Attend conferences and industry events
  • Keep clients happy while working alongside them to increase satisfaction, retention, and account growth
  • Steer your own success by your competitive knowledge, managing your activity, and tracking your performance (through weekly objectives while hitting monthly targets)

Skills Required

  • Have a genuine passion for sales and be financial motivated
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Hardworking and dedicated
  • Presentable, confident and out-going
  • Organised and methodical with good attention to detail
  • Independent self-starter who can spot new opportunities and is commercially minded
