Montash have been exclusively engaged by a global organisation embarking on a large IT transformation and are seeking to acquire their Group SAP HR IS/IT capability lead responsible for leading the SAP HR and IS&T Group team across all SAP HR processes and Systems. The ideal individual will progress from an SAP HR Programme/Transformation Manager/Director background with experience in large scale SAP HR transformations/projects.

The Group SAP HR IT Lead will have progressed from a global organisation and have responsibility for managing and leading complex SAP HR projects for a global single template design within a shared services environment. The organisation operates on a truly global scale and is seeking a collaborative and engaging individual to be part of their Global IT team. The ideal candidate will have the following skill-set;

  • Responsible for the HR IS/IT strategy
  • Delivering large scale HR transformation programmes (SAP is an advantage)
  • Knowledge of SAP HR process and systems
  • Experience of large HR systems like SAP HCM, especially those including Payroll
  • Payroll knowledge
  • SAP HR transformation project experience
  • Managing HR IS&T Programmes/Projects
  • Supporting implementation and process focussed on BPM (Business Process Management)
  • Stakeholder management experience including company MD's and CxO level
  • Extensive experience in vendor management
  • Manage overall delivery with Program Budgets, on-time and to-scope
  • Leadership abilities
  • International Experience is highly desirable
  • Problem solving skills to combat solutions in a business perspective
  • A high level of written and verbal communication
