Job Description

Head of Architecture / Insurance / Data / Digital / Data Centre consolidation / Digital Transformation

Montash have been engaged by an industry leading insurance organisation who are seeking a Head of Architecture reporting the CIO to head up a 10 strong Architecture practice, the right candidate will have experience across Digital/ Data as well as other technical domains.

Key skills;

  • Experience leading an Architecture function including direct line management
  • Multi-Domain experience with a focus on Digital and Data transformation
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement up to CxO level
  • Business outcome driven
  • Experience of Enterprise level Architecture definition

Key responsibilities;

  • Driving Digital transformation as well as Data centre consolidation
  • Shaping and defining Target Operating Model
  • Managing a multi-domain team of Architects
  • Working closely with peers in Security and Business engagement
  • Engaging and influencing CxO level stakeholders
