Job Description

My client, a global insurance firm, is seeking a Head of Data & Analytics to join its rapidly expanding Data Analytics team. This organisation has just created a group wide enterprise data strategy and as such their Data team has expanded in size and they now require more strategic input for the continued expansion planned in their Data & Analytics Division.

As a Microsoft house, they have invested heavily in a new Data Warehouse implementation, operating on the Microsoft BI Stack (SSIS/SSRS/SSAS). Over looking a team you will report directly into the COO and be responsible for the continued expansion and development of the Data & Analytics function.

You will have experience of managing a Data & Analytics function, ideally within the Insurance sector.

Required Experience:

  • Prior experience leading a Data & Analytics function
  • Leader in defining data processes
  • Budget responsibility
  • Experience in a multi-national organisation
  • Experience overseeing statistical/data teams
  • Extensive Data Warehousingn knowledge
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management skills
  • Agile methodology
