Job Description

Head of Incident & Problem Process Management - IMMEDIATE START

Location: Amsterdam

Day Rate: €450-550

Contract Duration: Initially 3 months

Montash are currently engaged with a global FMCG organisation based in the Netherlands. Our client is looking for someone to manage the whole IT processes on a global scale e.g. Service Desk / Infrastructure / KPI checks.

The role will be the management side of things the successful will needs to ensure there is adherence to all processes and escalations. You will be making sure all processes are understood and have full compliance. You will be managing a team indirectly you will be checking reports / KPIs / full compliance.


Experience:

  • Needs to understand ITIL processes and the way it is designed.
  • 5 years minimum of Incident Management experience
  • Needs to have worked on a global scale.
