Job Description

Montash are currently working with a 'start up' which is owned by a global technology company headquartered in Berlin, Germany. They are looking to bring on a head of software development to collate and organise their development team. The successful candidate will lead a team of front-end and back-end developers as well as several architects.

This start up is essentially a software house with a ready built platform, which is very close to being in the production phase and releasing the platform onto the market. As well as this the company is hoping to move a lot of its backend infrastructure into the cloud and is looking for a team lead with either AWS or Azure management experience.

Candidate Requirements:

*2+ years of experience leading a team of developers

*The ideal candidate would have started their career very 'hands on' and moved into more strategic positions

*Have excellent stakeholder engagement skills

*Have the ability to motivate and structure a team in order to move towards a collective end goal

*Commercial cloud platform experience (AWS/ Azure)

*Extremely passionate about emerging technology

*A very understanding personality to ensure any issue is approached with an open mind in order to find a solution
