Job Description

HR SuccessFactors Project Manager

Day Rate: £600-£750

Location: Chertsey

Contract Length: 6 Months


Currently working with a Global Services Organisation to source and secure a HR SuccessFactors Project Manager based in Chertsey.

Skillls Required:

  • Background in HR Operations / SuccessFactors
  • Excellent project management skills and experience in delivering projects (5+ years)
  • Experience of implementing at least two SuccessFactors projects and ability to design and articulate Successfactors delivery models
  • Ability to articulate Successfactors best practices based on prior experiences in particular within Employee Central, Recruitment, Performance and Talent modules
  • Experience with change initiatives, process improvement and simplification
  • Solid understanding of HR process and how they impact HR systems
  • Strong relationship building and influencing skills with the ability to manage conflicting opinions and reach a resolution
  • Experience of working with an onshore / offshore delivery team
  • Cross cultural working skills
