Montash are currently partnered with an industry leading utilities organisation who are looking to on-board an Information Management Competency Centre Manager on a permanent, full time basis.

The successful Information Management Competency Centre Manager will be responsible for leading the IM Competency Centre and its team and have a key impact in defining the company's data and information framework, architecture, standards and governance.

The right candidate for the role will demonstrate an understanding of contemporary market trends in the wider industry and understand their implications on the Information Management practice.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage the development of a company- wide data and information framework
  • Work with business owners to ensure effective management of critical information, such as regulatory, financial, asset and people information.
  • Maintain and communicate the organisation's Information Management Strategy
  • Manage the development of company-wide data and information policies
  • Ensure compliance with the enterprise data/information standards

Desired Experience:

  • Previous experience of MI, Data Management, Governance or Reporting and Business Analysis techniques in a complex organisation
  • Extensive experience in Database governance/ reporting an analytics tools( such as Oracle, Business Objects, SPSS, Erwin)
  • Proficiency in Information Modelling Tools, Database Architecture, Document Managing Techniques would be desirable
  • Risk Management, Operations Management, Customer Service techniques, Information Capture Techniques experience would be an advantage

Additional character traits include excellent stakeholder management skills, a strong ethos that focusses on elements of teamwork, creativity, organisational awareness and attention to detail.
