Implementation Lead- permanent

Montash is currently retained by a leading utilities organisation with a large market share who are seeking an Implementation Lead who has a proven record of successful deliveries.

The Implementation Lead will be responsible for:

  • Fully understanding the business requirements and translate these into the project definition.
  • Planning projects and ensuring resources, cost risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies are identified.
  • Building and maintaining extensive networks of cross functional relationships in order to facilitate stakeholder management.
  • Providing updates, reports and Gate Review inputs
  • Engagement with the Change and Transformation community to promote good practice and ensure the continued development of the business change capability.

Desirable skills:

  • Deep understanding of change management methodology.
  • Leadership experience and the willingness to coach others.
  • Attention to detail that accompanies excellent communication skills.
  • Change Management skills
