BI Information Data Architect

An innovative pharmaceutical organisation with a dynamic working culture - where employees are rewarded for their ideas and creativity. This international organisation seeks an experienced Business Intelligence professional for their new BI Architecture and engineering team in support of their strategy teams. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical expert who has experience of in a similarly international scope organisation with complicated stakeholder matrix. This would be an ideal opportunity for an experienced architect with business intelligence knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting role within the BI portfolio contributing to information model design, implementation, ETL and analytics, bearing in mind regulatory and strategic requirements.
  • Contribution to organisational strategy including roadmaps.
  • Collaboration with other team members and managers to provide consistency in business processes and incorporate information management solutions into practise.
  • Maintain competitive BI tool expertise incorporating MDM, information management, architecture and vendor developments.
  • Working alongside other business units and external stakeholders.
  • Data and business process analysis.

Key Skills

  • 5+ years in BI development or information architecture - preferably in finance, pharmaceuticals or commercial environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills.
  • Previous experience with information modelling with ERwin or similar software.
  • Broad understanding or previous experience of Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience with SAP Business Objects, Spotfire and Oracle Business.
  • Desirable skills, AWS and SAP FI
  • Previous experience within a variety business intelligence projects and BI solution delivery.
